If you use the Contact Us form then we will collect your name and email address and if you wish to join us any of your preferences. We may also collect your address if you provide it.

If you provide a feedback comment on a production then we will collect the data entered on the FeedBack form.

We record your data in a database held on our ISP provider's servers as well as the computer of the The Ash Pantomime Company' official tasked with managing such data. .

We have a legitimate interest in keeping your information so that we can:
1. Reply to a request from you.
2. Send you information about our forthcoming productions. We do not share your personal information with a third party unless legally obliged to do so. When you purchase tickets with Eventbrite they will use your details to send you tickets. What data and how they deal with it falls within their Privacy Policy.

Retention period.

We retain any comments supplied by you about our productions indefinitely. Any data received using the Contact Us form will be retained until you Unsubscribe to receiving advance notification of our productions.
